My first shield avatar edit

I made a edit for the iori shield avatar, i made Irio look more shadow/dark then the bright one on the original version, please give me feedback so i can make things allot better next time:

I dont have any good tools, so its not that pretty for this one i used paint

first to comment cuz graphic arts seems like it died, havent been here for a long time.

Thats sick. But if you could i think that you should of kept the original background without putting so much dark.

Yeah it makes the character look burnt.

one thing that would make it better is if you tucked him into the shield but kept his arm & back out then added a shadow. Dunno if you could do that in paint though
