So... Guitar Hero/Rock Band

Well.. I recently bought Rock Band for the PS2... and I already unlocked all of the songs, and was thinking of buying Guitar Hero III.... but one thing's on my mind... will a Rock Band controller work with Guitar Hero III?? Is there some sort of patch I can download, if not?? Thanks.

I know that this may have been talked about before since both games came out at almost the exact same times... I know a Guitar Hero controller will work with Rock Band, because I've tried it with a friend's Guitar Hero guitar... but I was wondering if it worked the other way around.

No, it will not be compatable. Guitar Hero and Rock Band are not compatable.

No Rock band item works with Guitar Hero at all.

huh... well... I know for a fact that the 360 version one has a patch for it, but I'm not sure if I could download the same patch... maybe one that was converted towards a PS2 version... guess not.. that's a real bummer.....

I hacked all my Rock bands to work with the Guitar Hero controller
