how do u make a screenpack

Take the basic screen pack or the KFM screen pack that comes with mugen, and change every pic and song... add songs and stuff like that..

how do u convert a pic to .sff (I got gimp) and plus does it have to be a pic at a certain size

Make sure youve made it a 256 color image before you resize anything.

how do I stop the select screen from scrolling diaganaily (spealt that wrong) how do u put in more charater slots (I know about the rows columns in def witch I change but nothing happens)

update: I figured the char slot part but now the portrait scale size is smaller, thats a good thing but the cursor thing still big

Try to find the settings of the cursor. I have no real experience with screenpacks so I'm trying here.
