Sander71113 characters; Can't change portraits

Just as the title says, I can't change the portraits of Sander71113's creations without the entire character messing up.

Any suggestions?

i changed my portraits for those chars....here are some tips

Make sure you put the new portrait at the end of the sff

make sure its 256 colors

dont replace over the current one just change the number since the orginal port would be 1 change it to 4 and make you new port 1
