I don't have the money for photoshop (or anthing for that matter) and youtube aint helping... basically I want to make my own portraits for chars that I'm gonna probaly take from other people and then give the ones like the guyver I got a portrait (the one I got dosent got a portrait) HELP ~X(

So, you need money or what do you need help with?

You can download GIMP and use that to make portraits.

There are only 4 requirements:
1. Adobe Photoshop - dont got cash  :(
2. experience with editing in Photoshop - never used it   ???
3. IrfanView - whats that  :-[
4. Fighter Factory -hay I got that one ;D

photoshop is gimp o.k or should i go hunt for some other program that don't cost cash (hay I'm cheap)

Stay with gimp. You can grab a trial version of photoshop from adobe.com.
