well I wouldn't wanna sound to pressed,  so ill start with a lil laugh and say " Oh crap its _______" then i'd ask what they were doing here, then ill get the auto graph. Master plan

1a: Nice weather I'll say "Nice day, isn't it?"

1b: Bad weather I'll say "Damn, this weather is depressing "

2a: "Do you think the weather will keep up like this for the rest of the week"

2b: "Did you catch the forecast? How long is this supposed to hold up?"

3: "How's the weather in your area?"

4: "Oh hey, you're ____ aren't you? You look a bit different in the ______ I saw a bit ago".

5a: "Can I get your autograph?"
5b: "This weather is horrible and will probably ruin my plans for tomorrow, can I get your autograph for a good luck charm?"
