Editing life bars

Hello again

I need help editing some life bars that I have. I'm just trying to change the colors. Whenever I use fighter factory the color pallet is always messed up. It isn't the color pallet of th life bar that i'm trying to use. Can anyone help me on how to edit or make my own life bars?

Just extract the sprite of the lifebars you want to change and use an image editor to change the color. Then you replace the old on with the new one.

I tryed that with fighter factory. But whenever I pick I want the color pallet is all messed up. It always looks all black. I've even tried to use it anyway but I can't choose what to color next because then the picture gores black after updating the color pallet.
What do you use.
