etrigan, bishop, etc portrait help

is there a way to change the potrait for them without the rest of the pallete getting ruined?

there is some other portraits in the characters, switch the sprite number with the other portrait. you can do the same thing for select icons too.

I've been wondering the same thing. I do happen to have fighter factory, how would I got about this specifically?

Like, I opened up bishop in FF and in the sprites tab, the DCvM head portrait is 1216/1237 and the standard mugen portrait is 1217/1237. How can I change it so that the 1217 shows up instead of the 1216?

The sprite no's are 9000/1 or 9000/2. Switch the one and the two, unless it's a hyper pic.

Take into account, I've never actually USED FF; try to walk me through it.

For the bishop example:

2) Change the '1' - doesn't really matter what you change it to, so long as it doesn't clash with any other sprites.  Pick something big like 10001.

3) Find sprite 1217 and change its 'Image' number to 1.

That should do it!
