Cool character, i've been looking for a good Jill.  However I did find a glitch.  When she kicked her opponent, she kept doing a stand up/fall down animation until she was finally knocked out of it.  She's only done it once so far though.  I'll keep testing her.
I'm gonna take off the blazer, loosen tie, show everyone Superman is alive.

I want Jill but it's a rar file I don't know how to make it work for my mugen cause rar file characters never work on it.

google a program called "winrar".

that will allow you to extract the good stuff. if you have zipped characters, it will also allow you to zip up the stuff that you just extracted.

Great work, I actually like this version more than the original MvC2 version.

Feedback

The graphic grenade collision (from the grenade launcher) looks like a bit odd against standing opponents.
Maybe an explosion with some knockback could do the trick?

updated jill valentine, see first post for link. This update is all on her AI, i have a new system that has 7 Selectable levels.. And yes i did get the idea of how to set the AI value from sethzankuten's spiderman.

Aside from giving Jill control during her dashforward this update is all about AI.
There are 7 Levels of AI...

Setting the level of the AI:

Open jill.cns and look for this line "sparkno = 2", the 2 is the level of the AI, Change
that number to the desired AI Level

0 - No AI
1 - Easy
2 - Normal
3 - Hard
4 - Tough
5 - Random Levels(1-2)
6 - Random Levels(1-3)
7 - Random Levels(2-3)
8 - Random Levels(1-4)

Any value above 8 will set jill at "Tough", for the "Random Levels" the AI will be randomly
chosen between the listed AI Level's at the start of each round....

Example:
If your AI level is set to 6 (Random Levels(1-3)), at the start of each round the AI level
will be set at either Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3.

Since you mentioned him, my spiderman was the guinea pig for this new AI system. I just adapted it to jill, and someone else will most likely receive the updated AI engine before I go. Actually if you read jill's credits.txt and scroll to the bottom, where i explain how to set the AI, i accidentally left the word "spidey" in there... I just didn't catch it until it was too late, :-?? oh well

yes t-001 is good enough but imo nemesis would be better as an addition or maybe a replacement. hes also cooler than tyrant. since this is eoh i dont think another helper is a bad idea. i mean some things about the chars are bound to change while others remain the same right

I don't think it will look right since she isn't even a RE 3 version of Jill...

Capcom took her style and look from the original RE game for MvsC 2.

And Sludge version is more or less like the original one so...

On a RE 3 version of Jill...

noticed a few problems with her...her special move where she charges forward and hits the opponent was chargable on mvc2 and you should be able to cancel into her hyper charge move out of that special in the air and on the ground. i did have kinda a hard time doing the aerial rave  but with a lil practice you get used to it. other than that i cant see anything
