Overall, its a nice idea. If this is your fist char (or one of the first ones), its nice to see you working with AngleDraws, because this isn't something that all starters do.
But...I think that this need MORE WORK, really. Because there is a lot of problems.
PROS:
- Nice voices. Audacity (and SoundForge) rulez.
- Its a nice concept
- Nice use of angledraw
- Boomerangs are cool, for sure
- That is nice when the boomerangs are near and he crouches.
- you have used the right attr on the rainbow boomerang. Even this beeing a projectile, its right to put a NT - Normal Throw (ST is better) than NP (or SP, its better), because some character, specially those made by just helpers, like Apocalipse, are hittable by projectiles, but not by throws. If you use throws on a helper like that, you could screw up the character.
Something many people don't know: Projectiles (not talking about helpers) CAN GRAB.
CONS:
- The intro floods the debug screen with errors. Its not the first time I see a character with the same errors. Maybe its a error on the EOH template (i think you got a outdated one).
fix: Check the states 191-192 and take this off

You can't make a character destroy itself, just helpers.
- They are problems on his stand. His shoulder edits are off.
- the weak punch is kinda odd.
- There are misaligned sprites, like all crouched punches(see his front leg)
- The boomerangs should be quicker
- Do not put too many angledraw. I think that you're using too much.
- Limit how many boomerangs he can throw. I could flood the screen with they and, for they beeing helpers, this will eat too much RAM.
- I think that some boomerangs could be lower than the ground.
- The spin move its odd...and his animation is odd too.
- The intro sprites are very very bad edited.
So, there is a lot of errors....but don't give up! Everyone starts on the same way (my first char sucked very hard).
