I'm guessing this will be a remake like FF3 and FF4, it's about d@mn time (pun intended). I'm just glad they are finally paying some attention to the best RPG they made. I'll take Chrono Trigger in any way I can get. Now the wait begins!

I just need to replace the top screen for my classic DS, as it got smashed a little bit before school ended.

But I don't need to buy the game as I have the original PS1 game.

I heard about this yesterday. It was on the bottom of the screen during attack of the show. I was all "SWEET!". Then I saw it was for the DS and i was like "Lame." <_<

It's an enhanced remake. Meaning it would be slightly different from the original game.

Eh......if what you say is true about it being a enhanced remake....I am not that excited anymore. I was hoping for a FF 3-4 treatment. New monsters and dungeons doesn't really excite me. I rather have a new Chrono game for the PS3.

Personally I'm glad it's coming to the DS. It was originally for SNES so it fit's just right for DS. I'd love to see a new Chrono game, but I doubt we will see another one...the series was just abandoned after Chrono Cross..which I hated. I prefer Chrono Trigger...better story, characters and music. Any sort of attention that Chrono Trigger gets is good in my book.

Don't get me wrong, I don't this will be a bad game. I just wish it'd come out for PSP too, . I don't want to buy a DS if I'm only going to play like 6 games on it. =/

more than likely it will come out for the psp WITH the animations that came with the ps1 version....just like they did with the ff remakes

I have way more than two posts, don't know why it says that. but yeah screw the ds. its for the casual gamers and games on it are for the most part crap. go to metacritic. I would rather them make a sequel or actually spend some time making a real remake. not a half assed port for the ds.
