Character Won't attack

I downloaded that character Burai Yaamamoto and he won't attack, better yet he can't attack. The buttons don't work and even his A.I can't attack can someone tell me whats wrong with him?

his common1 is prob from a screenpack u have to use or something
thats my only guess

damn wait so I have to use a specific screen pack in order for him to attack?

also check if all his files with the ones in his .def folder

damn never mind found the problem it was the tag team patch, damn now I gotta leave him unpatched
