Yeah, I have spent more time resizing the arms than most anything else. Even now, you can see a difference... maybe he's just flexing a little more sometimes...  ;D

Loving all the progress on Hagar. I know what a b!tch it is to resize Hulk, so I can really appreciate what you're doing. He looks awesome and looking forward to trying him out.

Nice Job Acey!!! I can't wait for the release. I have a suggestion. You know how how in Saturday Night Slam Masters when Haggar wins and his daughter runs out and she climbs on his shoulder and he does that funny pose? It would make a great win pose.

Actually... let's take the "walk" for example...

It's resized to about 84%, the head and neck are raised, the torso is brought in to make him slimmer, all of this combined gives him a straighter posture, the arms are slimmed down and the legs are slimmed too. Perfection!

is the medium punch hulk's backhand, or did you animate it backwards so it looks like a mean hook?

cause if you did, that's awesome. I bet nobody even thought of that.

I also really dig the heads, you can barely tell they were hulk originally.

The animation is reversed from the Hulk to give a reverse half Spinning Clothesline feel as well as being an original punch.  ;)

exactly, it just happens sometimes and I'm too lazy to try to reupload the gifs until they finally stop delaying. I'm never too worried about people stealing my sprites, because even when they do (that MarvelVs.Dc guy for example) they can't steal my programming. Besides, they're still my sprites either way.

also, that's a great way to look at people taking sprites. I wish more people would think that way in the mugen community.

I think what Uche means is that Haggar doesn't do a one arm smash to the floor. When he puts both arms over his head for the axhandle smash he comes down with both arms, and not all the way down to the floor whether he hits or misses. The movement (walking, jumping, crouching, etc.) is good, but Hulk with a mustache, shoes and a tan doing Hulk attacks is still Hulk. Maybe you could sprite some authenthic Haggar attacks, like a gut punch, body splash, Running clothesline, jumping elbow, crouching Kicks just like SF2 Zangief. That's what I get from Uche's comment.

I started making a Haggar over a year ago and realized early that if I used Hulk as a base, I'd have to frankensprite a lot to make him look less Hulk/more Haggar. I used his Slammasters sprites instead. This certainly looks nicer in the basics, but attacks let you know who you're playing with. Take your time and give him authentic attacks. Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to ask if by chance if you had also considered using Franco Bash's sprites from RB2 to aid you in making the character.   With the mention of "frankenspriting"  made me think about that.

Looks really good with everything you've done, can't wait to see the character in action.
