Dude I could be wrong but that sounds like the problem I had with my gambit.

To fix it you need to make sure that all the sprites have the share palette box checked in fighter factory.

I had to check them in order, include the effects but skip the hit sparks, hyper background, and large character photo.

Might work, or maybe I have no idea what i´m talking about

send me it, i can fix that problem.

ok fixed problem, kinda easy
open the character on ff, then go and scroll down along the sprites till you see the portrait and icon sprites. save them both. then delete them.
then go to the end of the sprites, and add them again, in group 9000 0 and 9000 1 of course.
and problem solved..

Hey rbbt780, one of my top role models in palleting. I have a request for blackheart by [Hayte], i would like a set of palletes of him also you can use whatever colors you want for him, i would like to be suprised at what you can do man. Anyways if you have free time i would be honored if you would take a look at my palletes, and keep up the amazing palleting seriuosly man.

Please coul you make me the palettes for Karin and Felicia without changing the original colour of hair and skin? I send you Karin by Phantom.of.the.Server and Felicia by ahuron by PM. The colour I like for Karin is yellow while Felicia at will... is indifferent

Can you make a kool looking pallette for shin gouki use you imagination make his dark and bright somehow

make it stand out and make his skin light brown... Something like that
