with a controller and the emu it's just fine (almost impossible with a keyboard because of needing 3 buttons at a time)

The controls are pretty solid
I can understand the confusion, you see
There is the Sayian Saga
Freiza Saga
Buu Saga
then a What If (goes through most sagas)
for Each Charecter in the game,(INCLUDING GOKU)
In Krillin's he watchs Goku as he dies from the Heart Virus, Goku told Krillin it was up to him to keep the peace
With this Motivation he manages to annoy Vegeta untill Android 18 and 17 get away because he doesnt want to kill 18 (she's too hot for death)
so anyway Cell emergages (KICKS THE $H!T OUT OF BOTH OF THEM)
yada yada Cell games, in the few days of Training Goku gets his one day on Earth and Teaches KRILLIN the spirit bomb.
now....you could pretty much say That the Fight in the Video didn't exist because Krillin mearly waited untill Cell was distracted which would mean Vegeta or Gohan was helping, Eitherway the Spirit Bomb has nothing to do with the users strength it's gathered from Nature...so yeah it pwnt Cell =3
and the designers knew wtf they where doing! .. because in Piccilo's what-if is the Reason he's not strong is because Majuunor did not Seperate from Kami
It was Demon King Piccilo so, Piccilo wishes him back (BEATS THE $H!T OUT OF HIM) and merges, becoming stronger then Vegeta.
