Character Intros

I was just wondering if it is possible to have video in place of storyboards for character intros and endings. I have a couple of ideas floating around in my head for some characters and wanted to make sure that its possible to do this, also an idea on what programs and where to start by making the certain file types needed would be cool since this would be my first mugen creation.

its prob not aligned right.
try changing the alignment more to the right.
