Is it possible to have more then 2 rounds on my mugen maybe like 3 or 4? because i would really like to know how to change it

Yes Sir.

-Go to your Mugen folder and look for Fight.def
-In Fight.def, Press Ctrl and F to "Quickfind" and search for the word "round"
-It should drop you down to a section responsible for managing fight rounds.. Looks like :

[Round]
match.wins=2 <----------------Number of wins per round to advance to the next level.
match.maxdrawgames = -1
start.waittime = 1
;ctrl.time=118

Change it as you wish.
