when i first heard about this a long time ago, i was like wats Tatsunoko? at least i never heard of it. but of course i know wat capcom was. then i saw some images in fightersgeneration and i was a little disappointed. but today, i went to fightersgeneration and saw the Megaman confirmed video (yeh probably old news) but they were new for me lmao. then i saw morrigan was in and i was so excited about that. anyways gameplay looked so sick deff gettin this game. so no official US release date yet?

You're like the billionth person to ask that. Because different companies have the rights to many of Tatsunoko's characters, a US release seems unlikely.

what crossover game have you played that had onimusha characters? batsu was SUPPOSED to be in a game, but wasn't, and alex has never been in a  game outside of street fighter III except for capcom fighting jam. certainly not in a Vs. style like this. I for one am very curious to see how they will adapt such a technical character to a wild game like this.

as far as ryu, chun-li, and morrigan, they have to be included. they're the representations of their franchises.

but hell, people complained when ryu and ken weren't gonna be in street fighter III, then they complained again when chun-li wasn't.

I'm hoping they'll change him up a bit to fit his Legends style. I'm also hoping his sword and shining laser make an appearance. Oh, and I really REALLY hope they make him more melee oriented and less buster-y. (meaning, dammit capcom don't make one button of his be his buster)

he needs a 1 button buster shot!  thats all what every megaman game is!    if they get rid of that, thats not stickin to the roots......  but i did see on the vid he did have some of his legends moves, like his dash is the roller boots which is cool

Regarding the US release issue, according to the Capcom of America rep (was he a VP or something...don't quite recall that fact) at ComicCon last month, he hinted at a MOST LIKELY MvC3 game coming sooner than we thing due to a certain game from their company being released in Japan soon...something about it being just a matter of changing the sprites to fit MvC3 as compared to 'this game' making it possible to do after all. Now, it doesn't take a genius to speculate (as I'm SURE many here have already) that TvC would be the game of which he speaks of that is coming soon to Japan and that they can simply change the sprites/chars since the MAIN coding will already be there. Now, again this IS just speculation on what was said in the interview at Comic Con, but I would think it's legit. The only thing I can think of that would make this statement false/a lie on behalf of this CapcomUS rep, would be the Marvel license issue. IIRC, EA still owns the Marvel license (hence they are SUPPOSED to be releasing another Marvel fighter after that FLOP that was Marvel Nemesis >_<). So anyone have anymore info on this rumor/story/issue?

Capcom is really doing it up. But most of the time its just pure arcade fighting. No storyline, no inovation. They need to put something new in their games so we can get 2-D back off the ground.

Sigh the only unique character on Capcom side of this game is Batsu, They could of had Zero instead of Megaman in this game, What a dissapointment.

Capcom man up your Roster Please! None of your characters are appealing to me other than Batsu.
I'll credit them for adding Alex instead of Zangief. Other than those two their roster it's basically MvC all over again.............
