Chun-Li may  have similar moves to Ryu and Ken, but the movelists, and her mechanics play very differently.
Sakura is the real female shoto, same movelists, and almost same mechanics.

I agree that they should have changed Morrigan's design a little bit, because its been the same in Darkstalkers, cvs, mvc etc. but I don't know how you could say Ryu and Morrigan are alike?

Yeah, but the movelist, and the action that follows are very similar.
like Ryu and Morrigan, while the sprites are different, the movelist is still qcf+punch, and they shoot projectiles which basically have the same effect.

Anyways, I doubt TatvsCap is coming out to USA, because the anime licenses.
I think Marvel wants to use the TvC engine to make MvC3.

We can only hope.
They never release any good japan exclusive games for ps3.
