PC virus

I have the win32/malum.czcy virus and my PC's virus scanner sees it but wont quarantine it. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove it? The virus is in one of my Ventrilo files and I can't delete it.

What Antivirus do you have??I searched over google and i found just one find with the exact name  :o

just scan for virus while your PC is in SAFE MODE...
its easier for anti-viruses to get rid of them...
