Most of us don't like to duplicate work that has already been done, especially when it's been done right.

Magus started Batman forever ago, decided to make him private because of unauthorized edits. Then 2 years later we all got tired of waiting for Batman so Spiderbats, Unlimited and Infinity all happened to start a new Batman at the same time. There's more details but that is the "short and sweet" of it. Now all these new Batmen are getting released and updated and it's a Batman extravaganza.

I expect the effects will be reworked. They're HUGE, the sff isn't optimized, size is enormous, too many frames and the character lags more than 4 Dragon Claws in Simul Mode.

Theres several Wolverines with only minor differences (other than DT's) Always room for more Batmen. Its a big Multiverse. People love street fighting martial artists like Batman, and Wolverine, and Spidey. Everyone has their own take.

2Gb Ram, no lag here. But yes, he does need to be optimized, the FX are high res.

on my 512mb he mades many lags. Two batmans and my pc hangs.

now I have 4gb, but I haven't tested it yet

I think dont have the necessity to put the whole 100+ effect frames and 1 tick of time each. Reducing the quantity of the frames and adding more time can greatly diminish the size of the file and the lag problem. I did it with the previously released version and the size shrinked to half the original size. Or a Low Res version can ve considered, because many people (like me) doesn't have a potent pc or care about the FX quality.

Creo que ya lo habia intentado pero lo intentare otra vez, les dejo unos sprites que hice del batmovil espero puedan usarlos. Tambien ojala hicieran a su batman un poquito mas rapido, se siente medio tiezo, no me lo tomen a mal solo es mi humilde oponion, tmabien seria genial si mejoraran la ia porque me da coraje verlo perder con los marvels (si me instruyen me gustaria ayudar con eso). Felicidades y sigan asi.

Yes, that has always been the plan, the sprites will be optimized for the next release. Sprite optimization should be the last thing you do (from a spriter's perspective) because it makes it much easier to rebuild the SFF or even just change out one sprite. Of course, we didn't want to hold onto Batman until he was perfect, otherwise we would have missed out on a lot of valuable feedback.

Very nice.

I was having some issues like others said as well with 512 RAM. Sometimes he was fine, but it was always on the edge of lag even then. I think as my roster got a little bigger (have about 230-240 or so in an EVE pack) it started to struggle a little more.

So thank you for the optimization.
