any gore whores or horror fanatics in the building?

anybody into 70s 80s banned horror flicks, italian gore films, japanese horror(not american remakes). etc.

this thread is bout all the "true" disturbing underground horror flicks that not a lotta people have seen but that are so terrifying or to gory they have been banned, and cult classics.

example movies:
demons
evil dead
zombie
dawn of the dead(original)
story of ricki(based of manga)
dead alive aka braindead
cannibal halocaust
etc.

someone posted a diary of the dead thread earlier... yall should move on over here

yeah i seen all those movies i try to watch every thing but my GF and I love horror thats what our movie room is dedicated to horror/sci fi we love movies

the 90's version of night of the living dead is a must see. The guy that played Candy Man (Tony Todd) is in it and he holds it down!! Yo, why all the brothers in zombie flicks is super thugs?

Hm. Cannibal Holocaust was f**k*** awesome.
And snuff films are alright. The Guinea Pig (fake snuff) series is simply amazing.

nah but serously if this seems interseting i HIGHLY recommend seeing evil dead or dead alive! those 2 are pretty easy to find and those 2 are the ones that started it all for me.

i havent met sid haig yet....i had a chance too but i was broke at the time

i just saw a hardcore as fu*k movie recently....its called frontier(s) its so brutal! highly recommended to everyone. its not rare is very easy to find even wal mart has it!! go watch now i think its the same guy who did high tension. so its a french movie, so that means you have to read threw the whole thing but that doesnt bother me.

I think all horror movies should have some amount of major gore in it.
I'm getting tired of all these movies which barely have any gore in it.

Well that and my girlfriend made me watch this pg13 horror movie. I can't remember for the life of me what it's called, but what it was about was a family moves into a hick farm, and they live with some hick next door neighbor, and they get attacked by crows, and ghosts, the usual stuff. The parents call their kid a liar and think she's insane, the family that lived in the house before was killed by the father/husband, and they find out later it's the hick next door, and the ghosts come to kill him.
The movie was so corny I laughed the entire time.
I wish they would stop making these damn pg13 horror movies, and make them how they're supposed to be.

Kind of like Rob Zombie's Halloween. Almost all the girls died while having sex, or after having sex. The final version of Halloween was better then the director original because they replaced the rape scene with an even more graphic prison breakout.

i didint like that movie im sorry......but when i see zombies running incredibly fast and freakin out like there on X isnt what a zombie is. im sorry if thats sounds like an ignorant reason to not liking a movie but its a big deal. kinda similar to venom being skinnier than spiderman on spiderman 3 was enough for the movie to suck(that plus the other 300 resons)
