Wow, looks like you're really into comics, I could never get into them, reading them bored me out! !

Meh, Free Comic Book Day always sucked. Nothing of value most of the time. The only things that caught my eye was the Superman comic (I'm a big Superman fan ) and the Ironman toy.

Especially the fact that its the All-Star SuperMan #1 Sold out!!!

Its really hard to get young people into comics these days. Its almost if all forms of reading are boring to this next generation. Coming from a guy who has his own Comic related fansite I find it sad and disturbing that its dying a slow death.

Most of the people I post with are all over the age of 25, and the toy, and colletible market is at an all time high because of the age group being more finacially stable, with the exception of Comics (due to the fact that the younger generation isnt buying).

Once my generation of Fanboys is gone, like a ripple effect that will all go too. From there we have nothing to look forward to but Anime, and Movie related products, simply because the next generation isnt picking up the torch.

I gotta say though if youre bored reading Comics, you might be looking at the wrong comics.

How can we when they are making crap like Marvel Apes, I think less and less people actually sit down and read for enjoyment!

Dont read Marvel Apes, its just that simple.

Try The Avengers books, Justice League of America, Green lantern, or Daredevil.

Its really sad that less people sit down to read for enjoyment. Especially here in America where people get stupider all the time.

That same day I'm gonna go to a book fair!

It's a big event in Argentina where there'll be publisher stands showing up new stuff.

My fav. comic publisher (Ivrea - dedicates to manga) is gonna be there and I'm going ESPECIALLY for it. Time to get remaining Saint Seiya tankoubons!

Read the walking dead, don't get turned off by the lack of color and when you make it past issue 10-15 you wont put it down... Robert Kirkman's story's pick up slow but near the middle they go from 0-60. Invincible had me turned off until his F@!&3r went ape poop... if you want to give a lighter comic book a chance i would suggest ultimate spider-man (Yes at times it feels like they could wrap the story's up in 2-3 books and may feel anti-climatic at times, but with the story's being good (Love the green goblin saga) and the general spin on spidey's start bring a fresh and very compelling read to anyone willing to get out of the comic book turn off) . And lastly don't base a whole company on one project cause that really doesn't make logical sense it would be like not liking EA cause of marvel rise of the perfects when they have good playable titles like Burnout....etc
