When it comes to Kit, Mil, Blank, Mil is a clone of Kit which yall all ready said. Blank and Mil, I dont remember exactly so look it up but i think Sho Khan use Tarkartan DNA when (Blank's race.) making Mil.

They just had to make a collectors edition. >_>

The only thing I know about it is there's supposed to be a 16 page comic book with it. Of course there's the cliche "making of" DVD, they're most likely not adding any characters in the CE, because let's face it, they didn't in the last two games they had CE versions of.
