That's true, and I hope not, as well. Those 'throwing the opponent into the wall' moves are awesome looking, though!

he gets his wandering soul back into his body in one of the endings so i expect him to be a human and not one of the back up dancers in Micheal Jackson's Thriller.

well since that one guy won the whole tourny, he made it so that everyone went back to before they knew each other but this time powerless... so if this was in the storyline then they would have met up sometime before the amageddon... It would be tight if they played the mk movie music on the last boss fight

What do you mean by powerless? I saw sonya using some of that weird pink beam power in that video...

and I agree on the boss fight.

thats what they said in the ending so thats what i assume, that this happened bfore armageddon if it was cannon, cuz of the fact they werent stripped of there powers in this game. powerless = no magic, no special abilities, no ghost scorpion, infact to the point in life where scorp was still alive. thats what i meant by that.

Oh that's what you meant. I don't think Armageddon was meant to be canon because there were too many endings, and some of them were repeats of Deceptions. Like Liu Kang had the same endings in the last two games. It was just a party game for anybody who was a fan of a certain character that never made it in the new 3d games. The only thing that made sense to me though was Blaze because the first time you see him, he's a man who's half on fire, the second time he's completely on fire, the third he's a hulking fire monster. We're just going to have to wait and see how the story turns out in this game. Then again, MvC was never canon either. Like in one of the vs endings, I remembered Omega Red killed Ryu, and Ken wanted revenge. I think MKvsDC is just like an equivalent of Marvel vs SF.

Well the complete story was in the rpg mode. so the guy who you played with in there, that is the person who won the last mk. and he reset everything back to the way it was before all of the deception of the mk tourney. oh and blaze and reptiles transformations are explained inside the last 3 mk games in the rpg modes... although i like the 1st and second rpg modes

better than the last one.

Yeah, Armageddon's Konquest mode was a joke. They could've done something similar to Deceptions but NO. They had to release another God of War clone-type thing. And the only canon ending in the whole game is in Konquest mode. If you beat arcade with Taven, you get some other ending. Whatever...

Yeah, I liked Deceptions konquest mode more. If they worked things out properly with that system, they could make a mmorpg out of mortal kombat. It wouldn't be to hard to do either because of all the realms and races mortal kombat has.
