Full Screen Problem

How do I make it start windowed instead of full screen when I run Mugen?

1-Search in the Mugen.CFG file this line:
[Video Win]
2-set this part to the size of window you would like
Width  = 480
Height = 360
3-scroll down until you see this:
^{DXmode = Hardware}
4-Change it to Windowed and done
5-Adore me for the time being  (JK,but you can do it if you want )

Actually I found out on my own yesterday. I came back to say nevermind I found out already. Thanks anyways.
