Time to motorcycle-duel!!

Yep...not so long ago,Konami premiered a new Yu-gi-oh! Series after the end of GX,this one is called overthere Yugioh! 5DS...i`m watching the first episode right now,and by the looks of thing it might be even worse than what GX was(regardless 4kids edits)

Good God, what has happened to Yugioh over the years? I used to like that show! (well, at least a little, just a little)

I don't get this at all were they racing or fighting?
Sometimes I just sit back and wonder wtf were these people on when they pitched the idea to there boss, then what was the boss on when he decided it was ok

yeah...i was kinda wondering what were they thinking...maybe they wanted a less kiddish plot this time(as it involves "police" and betrayals from the beggining)
i`m kinda relief that the motorcycle thing is just a nifty replacement for a duel disk,i was scared they would be changing the rules(which they didn`t,still 5 spell,5 monsters on field)
They need to start thinking seriously in a change of the main characters design,the main dude`s hair look like he have horns(yugi`s hair altough weird had an "OK" combo,black and orange for hair,it`s a  )
Gameplay wise,this might be an interesting twist by introducing those new "speed spell" cards that seem different to the type of card known so far,as well as a new type of fusion monsters...
Judging everything for the first episode would be incorrect,but i see some potential if they develop the story a bit more and give the bike less importance...(which i think they won`t do that,as it play on the "speed" part of the rulings)

*turns TCG geek mode off to go back to real life and think Why the F*** they put a motorcycle as a duel disk *

Did anyone really watched this?Because i noticed that the police syren is the same one GhostBusters used in the movies and old cartoons  ,that thing added a little value to the episode(because everyone loves ghostbusters right?)

but i found not only more info,but the first subbed episode...anyway,i kinda agree with leon at first,i´ll see where this leads to,but i have very little expectations on how good it would be

Meh, Yu-Gi-Oh! lost its appeal after everyone realized it was just a trojan horse used to deliver the card merch. Now that the original's long over, everyone's moved on. (and if you haven't, then there's gotta be something wrong with you)

i actually got interested for a while already in the card game itself more than the crazy plots they create for playing...most of the cards shown in the anime up to gx are already available for the TCG.
I like it because it´s pretty fast paced,compared to others like Magic or Pokemon TCG for example,in which you need to gather energy cards to even being able to attack.In this one you put the creature card and you can attack the same turn...
The original was and will be the best one ever(gx is inferior,this new looks madness)

I said that i agree with Leon on saying WTF???Motorcycles?
The too modern devastated future thing doesn´t fit too well...thief with tracers,duels with motorcycles,it´s yugioh,not mad max!!
Konami and the ppl who even had this idea should be shot dead,as they are slowing killing the yugioh series(GX didn´t finish it,so they threw this out to put it into comma)
