Well to everyone, i'm almost thru with scorpion, he's at 90% rigt now cus i have to input his voice but um sorry i can't, its time for me to go to work....  :S Well i'll be back on here by tonight around maybe 11:00 pm so when i get back i'll finish him up and then release him too  ;D

race45, thank you for making one of my favourite fighting characters expertly converted by Binho even better!  I love the new sfx and cvs-style gameplay you've added.  Well done!   =D>

A few other edits I think would be excellent if possible:

1. When the opponent is hit by his freeze projectile, I think there should be a more dramatic effect.  For example, you could make it so that the opponent vibrates very rapidly for a few moments when hit (I think this effect was in MK2?)  If the character is hit by the freeze projectile while moving, they could slow rapidly to a standstill (instead of stopping on a dime)  If they're hit while in the air, they could start falling to the ground which is more realistic (though less true to MK)  If the character is hit while in a frozen state, it could trigger the sound of ice cracking and maybe some ice shards could fall to the ground (and then disappear)  A light or medium attack would keep the opponent in a frozen state, but a fierce attack or stronger would shatter the ice!

2. Include an option to remove the feature that stops the music whenever it announces his victory.  Currently When Sub-Zero wins a round the BGM temporarily stops and the MK announcer says "Sub-Zero wins".  I would personally prefer if the whole announcer thing was disabled, or at the very least, the BGM would continue to play during the announcement so that it doesn't break up the momentum created by the match.

Just ideas of course.  I can't wait to see what you come up with Scorpion.  Compared to Sub-zero he could definitely use an AI boost.  Thanks for keeping Sub-zero's AI strong in your edits.     :thumbsup:

Hey!!! Now see thats what i'm talkin about, that's some major feedback frozesoul..... I will take aqll what you have said into cosideration..... and also those were some tight ideas.... Anyway, i'm back now just like i said and i'm about to finish scorpion and input his voice and then make the thread to the download and then voila!!!!

Use echoes or effects on Scorpions , " Get over here " & " Come here " voice . Make it sound powerful like in the movie . Sub does tend to fight like he did in the movie , now that you mention it .

I like the fact that when they get frozen in the air they stay in the air . I Would not want to see them fall to the ground .  Although the ice cracking sound & shards of ice when hit seems like a real good idea . Uppercut shattering the ice is a great idea also .

but coding it would take many hard hours maybe even days, well i guess i'll have to think on that one.. well anyway guys, i finally got thru with scorpion.... Am guys, let me just tell you this... Man he is so tight.. that right now i'm updating subzero because i accidently made him tighter than subzero.... (Well i had too because people expect alot from scorpion.....) All his news yes were coded by me and boy they were interesting.... I gave him somethings that you have already seen in other scorpions in mugen but still i have my own style of things......

Hey everybody i updated subzero he can no longer have on and on chain combos (i put added more velocites to his punches and kicks) but if you still want the old one its still up on the download site...

ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT GO AND REDOWNLOAD SUBZERO AGAIN, I HAVE MADE TWO VERSIONS BECAUSE PEOPLE REQUESTED IT, SO IF YOU WANT THE NEW ONE WITH THE TONED DOWN PUCNHES AND KICKS AND ALSO WIT THE ADDED VELOCITES ON THE PUNCHES AND KICKS (THUS MAKING IT WHERE IT HAS A LIMIT ON THE CHAIN COMBOS THEN THATS THE DOWNLOAD THAT YOU WANNA GET) IF YOU DON'T THEN JUST KEEP THE ONE YOU HAVE ALREADY

It takes a while to edit the amount he does.

and he only edits what Binho has already made and given him permission to edit.

Dude your a master at this stuff I hope shazzo lets you edit ermac hes my favorite MK character .

That Ermac is at a much lower quality than Binho's material, thus not going to come out as good.

yeah guys oroichi is right, so sorry i gave up on making that edit of ermac but don't worry i'm sure i might get around to doin it someday, and as for my edits don't worry i have went back and corrected alot of mistakes that were in them and i said awhile back that i will release them again but this time i will take my time as a friend adviced me to do and then when i do , you guys will be pleased....
but this time guys i'm only releasing it here, i'm not releasing it at any other forum because i do not agree as to how they handle things(not talkin about syn's site, i like syn's site and also I won't say the name of the other forums so don't take offense like i'm talkin about your forum if you have one because i haven't said any names)..... Some litterally bend the rules to there liking and they also hide behind them.... I mean i had one guy ask me why i put a password on the edits and he said it didn't make sense,so i'm thinkin, "Well maybe so it won't get traded around on esnips like its nothing and also so that binho will get all his credit and also i will get my credit for doin the edit and also so no one tries to steal what i did or what binho did and say that they did it and claim it as theirs, like i seen so many other people do on esnips, and also so that people will take the time to go visit the mugen forums to get the passwords so that they can play with the characters which in return the sites that they r hosted on get more hits because people have to go their to even get the password..... Now i realize people can giv each other the password but it still stops alot from claiming it as their own...... And Binho has the password himself by the way incase you were wondering...... And he said i can edit any of his characters, just giv credit...... So i also plan to make mvc versions of them as well... so be on the look out

Hey Race.  Im a fan of your work.  I love Binhos characters and you added a lot more to them.  Will you be updating his Shang Tsung also?

Binho should be releasing reptile soon :)  I hope a Sonya, Kitana/Mileena comes out as well.

yeah i will but keep in mind me editing shang is gonna take some tyme because the way he was made by shang, he morphs with almost every attacks so, i will have to do new voices for them and i could use ones that r already made but i want to make original ones like i did with scorpion and subzero.... I'm almost finished with a mvc style subzero i'm about 80% done becuz i need a bit help on the super backgrounds and the word fonts popping out just like the mvc "Wonderful" and the "fantastic" Anyway, if anybody knows someone that can help me code these the right way, then you guys will have a mvc style edit of binho's subzero..... and also scorpion if i can get sub right.... so anyway, until i get that finished i can't release him so i guess i will go ahead and fiinish scopion, and make him a full 6 button character and fix the other errors i had with him....
