There aren't a lot of screenpacks that make you feel like you're playing a "full game". The only ones I know are Rednavi's Capcom vs SNK W & Capcom vs SNK SLASH and they're hosted at Club SyNdicate. IF anyone know any other screenpacks like these, please let everyone know.

Kameks screenpack and Broken Mugen are kinda full game-ish. They enable for you to have announcer notification, but thats as far as they go.
