i'll tell you why capcom sued them they won in the arugment now it's freakin legal and marvel didn't sue them because the game was all capcom. capcom got the some rights to use the names and characters.

Yeah. SFO's built differently than Mugen. All that *can* be taken are the sprites and palettes.

Not really, because you have to pay sometimes in SFO for copywrited characters.
I hear that you have to pay something, or get sponsored in order to get that Ken. Capcom see's mugen as fan-art because it's freeware, and it's naturally illegal to sell characters, even though some @ssholes do it at ebay regardless. Because of SFO selling characters, SFO should owe Capcom at least hundreds, maybe thousands in royaltee fee's.
