and the reason I created this is because there is no good sprite of him/it so I psp'd it to make it go darker and light up as if though he/it is alive

Awesome stage!  There've been little-to-no earthbound stages and/or characters for mugen, so its a huge delight for me to see one being made, espeically one of Giygas.  Keep at it!

update:

removed the red blotchy ness and put ina black background to give it a dark feeling

This stage looks creepy (cool), the crimson background doesnt blend well with the foreground.

It dosnt look a thing like Giygas..

There are sprites of him out there, and you'd just have to do some photoshoping to get the effect, well that which wernt ripped right at these places

The stage wont feal like its Giygas unless its doing all that fancy flowing he does in the actual fight.
heck if you could just get that, you really wouldnt need the foreground...
I loved earthbound so ive got high expectations for any stage with Giygas's name on it.
