Gundam Wing premiered on American television.
You can tell it was a pretty big deal too, since it had the longest promo ever aired on Toonami.

Yes, Gundam Wing was the first Gundam I saw. I immediately became a fan. I got Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz The movie!!!

QFT!in fact,this one is the only gundam series i ever watched...
and i saw Endless Waltz in Cartoon Network a while ago already...good stuff,specially the custom Gundams...  :)

If i had not known already it was for gundam wing, the first couple of seconds would have made me think it was voltron, sence they had Peter Cullen be the announcer.

I remember the first time I saw that promo, I was like that looks kinda cool. Then i saw the show and was hooked. I love the Gundam wing series, one of the best I think.

i wish they would bring Toonami back. The stuff they show now just seems like Internet Rejects. I mean, theres Squidbillies, Stroker & Hoop, Tom Goes to The Mayor and  then ATHF. Come on, those are really garbage.

Even AdultSwim is becoming crap

Only good things to come on AS lately have been Robot Chicken and The Boondocks.
And even Robot Chicken has been slipping lately...
