Giving Iori by H' a permanent EX mode (removing bars)

Hey guys. I'd like to make Iori by H' in permanent EX mode (he doesn't have one by default) and I'd like to remove his bars as well. I know how to do this with Warusaki3's characters, but H' programs differently. Any ideas?  (if possible, I'd like this to work with his Orochi Iori, which you get by holding start, as well)
