Resizing Forte.exe Sprites

Hello, can someone please help me? I posted a request in the request section for a large forte.exe character that was seen in this video.

Now, a forum user told me to download the character (which I already have) and resize the sprites by going to a file named forte.cfg and changing the xscale and yscales to 1.2.  I found no such file in the forte.exe folder, and I have no idea what he meant.  Can anyone show me how to resize the sprites to the size featured in this video?

Search for a CNS file who have this:

then put what you need in the first 2
