easiest way would be is record a video and make the video into a gif file.

to make an anim like that you need to use animget , and then use gif construction

it seems to me that des captured them with f12 and made a gif out of them

I dont think so, because to make an anim like that you need a lot of images (i have made anims like that)

and only for that I use 38 images, and the program takes pictures every .30 seconds, you cant do that pressing f12

First Record the video with Hycam2 o other program and open the video
with the program Animation Shop 3 and save the movie in .gif
