ok, I'm taking a break with black manta, and now for fun I'm doing a kingdom hearts character, ok the transparency box is check, the back round is gone. this is for the lose animation. ok when he loses the backround is there. why?

Sounds like you don't have the BG of the sprite properly indexed to 0.

Well...the color behind your sprite is the BG.

MUGEN reads color 0.

Which is the color you need for MUGEN to disable the BG.

So you most make all the pallates that of color 0.

how do I do that?

look att other pallettes and see where they position the backgound colour on the pallete
