Who is Ogre?(whats his story)

I been wondering this for the longest.Who is Ogre?Is he Akuma or is he Akuma twin brother or something?Can some please tell me  :-??

Ogre is what happens when the boss of Tekken 3 possessed Akuma's body.

I think it's just a rename to go with his added abilities. Nothing to think too deeply about. Kinda like Judith, who was a Yuki edit.
