Hello. This is just the topic for the unofficial
MUGEN IRC Channel. I made this channel, so you can chat, share files, and stuff. To log in:
Download an
IRC client (
http://www.mirc.com/ ).
On the server select, select
Espernet, and connect to the server.
Join
#MUGEN - It shouldn't case sensitive.
Rules:
1. Obey the channel operators at all times. If an operator tells you to stop doing something, stop immediately or face a kick, perhaps a ban. In addition, please don't question the operators' actions. They rule the channel, not you.
2. No spam, please. You are able to RP, but do not abuse the /me command.
3. Don't impersonate someone, such as the administators or mods, PLEASE.
4. No posting stolen work, or codings made without the owner's permission.
5. Flaming is not allowed. Do not mindlessly insult any user in the chatroom, no matter how stupid he/she is. If a flamewar ensues, all participating users will be banned from the channel.
6. Pornographic content of any type is strictly not allowed and the responsible use will immediately banned.
7. If there is an arguement, take it to a query. We don't want it.
On a final note, we remind you that
#MUGEN is located on the EsperNet Policy (
http://www.esper.net/policy.html ) ,and thusly all of its users must respect the EsperNet IRC Network Policy. Failure to obide will get you banned from EsperNet and thusly any channel it hosts, including
#MUGEN. You have been warned.
If you are a
moderator on this channel, these are the rules.
1. The rules above shall be abided.
2. No Kicking/Banning abusing
3. No Mute abuse
4. Do not ban/ kick someone if you hate/dislike them.
5. Bots are allowed with permission by operators. If it is necessary, do not allow useless bots.
6. Don't un-op any moderators, unless if necessary.
