The DonNadie char

guys today i was searching in my Email and i founded a message from a mugen creator (DonNadie) saying if i want to own hes char (4 or 5 emails from he asking the same question)
apparently he talks spanish but he  have a very bad grammar in english he created:
Eduardo
a very rare evilken edit (seems to be made by him) who is very cheap and have a crazy ai
if you dont believe me download that bastard here: EDIT: 
look at the readme file you will notice the horrible grammar

what i can do?
modify the char and the release him by my name or erase him? i am getting nervious
somebody know DonNadie? i sended him an email asking who is he?, he dindt even respond 
i am getting annoyed very easily

That is an unauthorized edit of Evil Ken. Reu's SPRITES are not open source, just his coding.
