I really like the effect on its idle animation, congrats.
The sprites looks cool, but almost every single animtion is misaligned (look at his back feet and you will see).

I like how he looks and the shading is spot on too.  I look forward to playing him one day and having the inevitable match vs Thor.   
The only minor thing I could suggest is to use two different hand angles for his stance.

bambulin, great work my friend.. i like his moves and love the odin intro.. metal shading is hard to do. his kick to the floor special i think needs more power like more action from his body too not just raise the leg and hit floor.. i have a move like that for my red hulk character that i been working on to make look more powerful and the trick is with the body too. anyways, its good to see you keep going at it with your wips.. hopefully this new year bring us many cool things from mugen..

I remember this being in the works for some years now, and the quality and results does show! Awesome video. Glad to see the Destroyer still being alive, and better than ever.
