just a bit of OldGamer's salt and pepper, Mhoker' Screen pack Convert to 480P

don't get the wrong idea I just wanted to show everyone that I'm converting his screenpack to 640 by 480 and Akito came to me and asked me if I could take the time and help him with the conversion because Mhoker didn't have the time to finish the project because he was too busy with real life situations and busy his real job.  I went back to his old screenpack and checked his update he did say he had a future plan to make a 640 by 480 version of the screen pack so I took the time and made some modifications on his menu,options. screen pack and added an intro and a game over. There are a few things need to be fixed and cleaned up but other than that the scrapers be available to everyone and a few more days only Akito will be the one who'll be releasing it because by the time I'm done with this I'm going to be off for another three or four months today's Memorial Day so I figure I can spend a little bit of time on the movie The Wagon and do a little bit of creation on my own and help Akito with this convert

Hi BigBoss long time no see, Mhoker came ask Akito if I cold fix the font for his screen pack, but I figure I just do the hold thing and Mhoker was very happy with the result
