PLEASE HELP!

how do i change/edit sprites? im using FF. what i do is i open the char DEF file in FF and when im at teh sprite i want to change, i click change sprite and i save all sprites. but when i go into mugen it doesnt have the custom stance i just put in. does it have anything to do with the name of the new sprite? PLEASE HELP

Um... you have to make an animation for it, or tell the existing stance animation to use your new sprites...

in the animations tab? Look at some existing animations, and you'll get the idea... also there are many tutorials to be found here and elsewhere...
