How to increase the Characters AI!!

Hey guys,

I was wondering what do you do to increase the characters AI??  I've tried looking at the tutorial section but the character is still not hard enough.  What I'm trying to do is increase the AI to have the difficulty of God Rugal for example!!

Hell I even tried copying the codes but still nothing, anybody know anything about this??

I think the admins will help you on that. The admins/creators in Infinity Mugen can tweak the AI of their characters they make. ^^
