Really weird issue i cant figure out... please help

Ok, so you know how most super moves are done by pressing down, forward, down & forward then what ever button. Well, thats not working for me with all my characters and i know for sure it should. All the super moves are being down by just a single down & forward then both kick and punch at the same time. It's driving me nuts and i cant fix it.

Every character can have different moves, as they are all made by different people. Double check the read-me files for move lists.

If that is not the case, double check your control configuration.

Not all super moves are performed the same way.

checking the command if they have no read-mes is also a good idea.

in the cmd file make sure the super moves come before the specials and the normal moves.

Thanks guys, ill give all these a shot. Like for example, SFA Ryu, obviously has the standard hyper. But its not working the way it used to.
