i Need help with mugen char
im using ff3 im trying to get the background color
off the char when i start the char

i have the group and index at 1

Making palettes has two definitions:

1) Creating the initial palette for your character and indexing the colors in the palette so index 0 is the transparent color.

Im using photoshop 7.0

That makes things a little better. The important thing to remember with photoshop is that palette index 0 is the bottom right of the palette.

Make sure it's the only version of that colour on the palette. Most people use bright pink or green. If that's in the bottom right, you should be good. I think when you add it you hit the reverse palette button as part of adding the image and FF3 will correct it for you so it works correctly in mugen
