[MUGEN]Mega Man Powered Up-Light Town Stage

This the first time I ever pull something like this. heck I even try finding ways on how to rips images from the ppsspp emulator. I even tried to find ways on the Ethernet on How to rip sprite from the psp emulator. but sadly I had no luck  also sad part is that ppsspp only let you take snapshot with jpg format making the images look terrible.

ONE THING FOR SURE. I don't know how to make a image to look HI-res or make a single image look really clean. so I did my very best that I could to make this work. Yes sadly the stages is Low-res. But great thing is that I did my very best to converted over the mugen software. I had done a lot of cut and paste and also manually added the pink transparent on my own. 

Here the Info about the Stage
1.The Stage is only for Mugen 1.1
2. Open resources psp snapshot,sprite folder and pcx for everyone care to use them
3. The Stage can do super jump
4. I used the ppsspp v9.9.1 to make the stage

I did ask for help from over there but they never reply back. and I am still waiting for them to pending my Amiga sprite stage XD
