Atomic Dragon Agon WIP....I NEED HELP PLEASE

This is my 1st time trying to make a mugen character. I picked the sprites of SuperGeon from KOTM2, and used KFM as my base. Yes it's another KFM edit/Spriteswap.

Anyway, the main issue I am having is the light claw slash attack and medium tail smash are not hitting at all! Yet the two heavy attacks hit, if a little awkwardly. Enclosed is a link to the vid on youtube:

Show your code for those 2 states please. Pictures for this sort of thing don't really help.

I already fixed the problem, it was missing frames 3 in the animation, and I only had 2 frames for those attacks.  Thanks for the help anyways!  I appreciate it.
