Sounds

i'm getting close to completing my character, and what i have left is to code sounds, i don't know how to code the sounds that are used for getting hurt, how would i code them?

tbh the fastest and easiest is a [state -2] for specific hitstates. Say... 5000 and 5030, possibly 5100 as well, all occuring at time = 0 and then you randomise the sounds with ifelse if needed. Otherwise you edit the states which is sorta unnecessary.

KFM has a variant of this for his hop back/jump land noise, repeat that but with alternative states.

Ive ran into a new problem now. The sounds im using for when my character hits you. The sound only plays once

Hitsounds are normally played through the hitdef

hitsound =
guardsound =

Are you not using these? They should play each time a hit connects.
