Smart Palette help

So using these nes Superman sprites I made some palettes based on some of his various incarnations. I've never made a smart palette before and I was wondering if someone could help me whip one up, so I could have it when I want to make more versions of this sprite series.
Let me know if the pic is too blurry and I can reupload it.
