Improving my character's AI (M.U.G.E.N 1.0.)

Aside from one user (luis2345) on MUGEN Fighter's Guild, I haven't gotten a lot of feedback on how to improve my character's AI.  Throughout my rocky journey of coding AI, I am not ashamed to admit that I have looked at the AI coding for PotS's characters and a few others.  At the current point I think my character's AI has some aggression, but there's some artificial stupidity or AI coding that could be better improved. 



Specific feedback is helpful and even pointing out problems with my AI coding or suggesting changes to it would benefit both the character and my learning experience.  If the small amount of feedback stems from my character being a Len edit, then that's a stupid reason.

A character that is not a sprite/palette/sound swap can be a learning experience, regardless of it being an original or an edit.  Even someone creating the millionth version of Ryu learns something along the way

AI coding can be a rough process.
